Teachers and Recruiters!!!

HI!!! Konnichiwa!! Bonjour!! Hola!! etc etc.. ejem ejem Laughing

well ppl this post is for a very important issue i have been thinking for a long time.. well lets go straight to the Important info..

1. ill create a School for the Clan and by the Clan!! i want teachers who want to teach what they have learned.. to his students.. 5 students max per teacher.. we will have 4 lvls.. a student cant graduate until he reach the lvl of exp required and 12 task or requirement of his teacher (something possible pliss)

1rst rank - ppl under 30kk - THE TEACHER MUST HAVE AT LEAST 60KK..
2nd rank - ppl from 30kk to 70kk - THE TEACHER MUST HAVE AT LEAST 110kk..
3rd rank - ppl from 70kk to 110kk - THE TEACHER MUST HAVE AT LEAST 180kk..
4rd rank - ppl above 110kk will be trained if they want directly by the commanders of the clan includingme.

Note: a Student can be teacher too.. so for example i can be teaching david.. while David can be teching 3 students.. see?

Every time a student Graduate.. u as teacher have to give him something.. ryos, an usefull item.. anything u want. others commanders can be teachers of lower ranks if they want.. i want to get the higher rank cuz its the closer to get S missions.. and i have more experience in that issue so i think i can be more usefull for u there..
Students will calificate the teacher when they graduate.. ill receive the notes of students.. and the best teacher of the semester will get a prize Teachers and Recruiters!!! 57683

so teachres its ur work to make them train harder.. and really tech them.. and u will get a real good prize..

2. The Second issue VERY IMPORTANT for the teachers one to work is the recruiters.. i want ACTIVE ppl to become the searchers of talent for the clan.. i want u to seacrh when u can ppl u see they can become stronger and have intelligence playing.. to join the clan.. best recruiter of the semester will have a prize to.. and yeah u can be Recuiter an teacher..

what do u think? u like my plan.. i think if we do that our clan will build stronger for sure..

sure.. when u get the minimum for next rank u can be a 3rd rank teacher.. and u can have a teacher if u want.. n_n
