well we can organize a big election on any task of the clan
divided by the task, each part of the clan should be classified and have a leader in each of this classifications...the member can become a candidate, mentioning what part they wanna be a leader in...then an election will occure
although if we had more members and specially Active members in the forum...it would be a lot better suggestion Rolling Eyes
